Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable; Oracle certifications is preferred Minimum 10 years' technical experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Customer facing roles with presales / Solution Architect experience is preferred Oracle Experience: Minimum 5 years with Oracle Database and related technology around security, availability, manageability, upgrades, performance and scalability Expertise in area(s) of focus with ability to demonstrate the most advanced product features eg. RAC, MAA, Data Guard, Security, Enterprise Manager, Oracle Stream, PL/SQL and DB integration solution. Experience with database and associated 3rd party technology and platform would be an added advantage. Eg. Clusterware. Middleware, Security, Availability and manageability Possess “best of breed” technical or functional sales knowledge that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific technical/functional categories. Thorough knowledge of system and application design Strong understanding of other Industry Databases and competitive landscape Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Must be able to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations and written communication. This is field pre sales role, needing work from Oracle Office or customer premise / sites for deep collaborative working with Customers, Sales and larger ecosystems.
