Job Overview:

This role will coordinate with respective IT support team based on products, application and need. A good site IT project management and delivery skills are needed in Applications and IT Infrastructure setup.

To Plan, consolidate, track, update, escalate IT tasks, as needed by the project team in coordination with IT and business stakeholders. Liaise with key stakeholders, provide necessary information as sought time to time, and provide periodic updates.

The employee is responsible for driving building IT infrastructure of Mcdermott and supporting its client IT team in setup, system maintenance and end-user support. The position requires strong knowledge and working experience in IT project management, good knowledge of network topologies, server & storage, end user application support, PC support expertise and excellent customer service skills.
