Job Overview:

Responsible for the planning/schedule/preparation/technical integrity of all Telecommunication systems (Offshore), etc., including related activities and deliverables like philosophy, specifications, block diagrams, etc. Responsible for the Telecommunication requisition, technical bid evaluation and coordinate with the Telecom Integrator Supplier (TIS) concerning further post PO development, documentation and seller document review. Lead the telecommunication group within the Lead Office. Coordinate / Interface with the Support offices about the planning of the technical input and provide instructions for technical input requirements related to the Telecommunication systems. Coordinate and arranges in cooperation with the respective Support Office the necessary Telecommunication input requirements for telecommunication system configuration and design. Coordination of interfaces with Instrument & Control Systems and other departments e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, HSE, Piping, Civil/Structural related to signal interface, space requirements, power consumption, etc. Interface with the procurement department for TIS requisition preparations, technical bid evaluation and post purchase order support. Coordinates and arranges the necessary design documentation with the lead designer and the design teams of the Support office. Coordinate and attend TIS FAT/SAT at TIS premises, fabrication yard or construction site.
