What You Can Expect

To design, develop and implement ATE solutions for ASICs and high-speed optical interconnect devicesResponsible for defining test plans, designing test hardware and implementing test programs for production and characterization.Work closely with product engineering and cross functional teams to own and execute on all test engineering activities related to the NPI plan including new silicon bring-up, release of sampling test programs, release of qualification and characterization test programs, release of production test program.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of scan and MBIST DFT test methodologies.

Design of complex and high-performance ATE hardware.

Testing of high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM4)

Solid understanding of mixed signal ATE principles.

Demonstrated expertise in Advantest 93K or Uflex ATE platforms.

BS EE.or higher

Min 10+ years of related experience
