Overview The Principal Total Rewards plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance. Responsibilities The Principal Total Rewards Is recognized as an expert and advisor within the organization and has in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function, anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; and recommends process, product or service improvements. The Principal Total Rewards solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and contributes to the development of functional strategy. This position leads teams or projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives and typically operates with broad latitude in a complex environment. This position can sit in Rhode Island, Kentucky or Pennsylvania with travel to Rhode Island approximately twice a month. Qualifications Basic Qualifications" + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution. + 15+ years experience in muliple total reward discplines that includes health and wellness and benefits including healh and welfare and retirement programs. + Experience working in a unionized workforce.
