As a Principal TPM at Ring, you will work closely with our different teams – Hardware, Firmware, Backend, App, and more - to plan and coordinate the execution and launch of product lines, while simultaneously keeping your team focused on meeting commitments. You must be capable of sorting through priorities, diving deep into details, defining processes that improve execution, championing engineering best practices, executing with agility, and succeeding in a complex environment. You will manage all system software aspects and cross-functional dependencies of product development and launch. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products that will be used every day.

Key job responsibilities
• Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex features.
• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of the large, complex projects.
• Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization. Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
