We aim to create compelling digital campaigns that resonate with travelers and drive both customer engagement and business growth.

We are seeking a Principal Designer to lead digital design efforts focused on marketing and sales requests. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital brand identity, creating impactful marketing collateral, and supporting sales-driven initiatives across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do:

Lead Digital Marketing Design: Own the creative design process for digital marketing campaigns, including web, mobile, social media, email, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals. With potential for team management. Sales-Driven Design Solutions: Develop user-centric designs that support sales initiatives, such as product promotions, landing pages, lead generation assets, and digital advertisements. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling visual content that converts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives, engage users, and are technically feasible. Brand Evolution: Help evolve our digital brand identity to remain fresh, innovative, and relevant, while honoring our legacy as a trusted travel brand. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Optimize for Performance: Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to test and optimize digital designs, using data to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Lead Visual Storytelling: Translate marketing and sales narratives into visually compelling stories, using innovative design approaches to communicate the brand message and value propositions effectively. Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in digital design, marketing technology, and user behavior, applying new techniques and best practices to stay competitive in the travel industry.

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on marketing and sales-driven projects. Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus. Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant digital design software. Expertise in responsive design, web design, mobile-first experiences, and knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital marketing needs. A strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns, sales enablement designs, and user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms. Proven experience creating high-converting landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing assets. Ability to translate complex business and marketing goals into compelling and user-friendly digital designs. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly to cross-functional teams. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, managing priorities and meeting deadlines. A passion for travel and creating digital experiences that inspire and engage modern travelers.

Compensation

New York, NY Compensation Range: $120,000-160,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
