The Principal Workplace Threat Manager will design and implement strategic threat assessment methodologies, lead high-impact global programs, and provide thought leadership that shapes how we protect Amazon's workforce globally. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of behavioral threat assessment and violence management experience - Expertise in Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, or related field - Experience conducting complex investigations and threat assessments - Demonstrated success leading global security or risk management programs - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive program and process improvements Preferred Qualifications - Advanced degree in psychology, criminology, security management, or related field - Certified Threat Manager (CTM), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or related certifications - 12+ years of behavioral threat assessment and violence management experience - Proven experience developing and implementing global security programs - Strong understanding of global security practices and cultural considerations - Excellence in data analysis and program metrics development - Project/program management certifications - Proven written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership - Additional language capabilities Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $273,300/year in our highest geographic market.
