Job Title: Principal Electrical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing and owning projects, from receiving a set of requirements to designing the system. While you will lead the design team, this role does not involve being a leader or manager but rather driving technology and completing activities on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, analyzing, documenting, and supporting product testing. You will mentor and coach other engineers, review customer specifications, provide budget and schedule inputs, and support the design for manufacturing requirements. You will also participate in significant proposal preparations and interact with various teams to coordinate technical activities. This role involves full-time onsite work with a 9/80 schedule, depending on the project phase.
