The emergence of Generative AI has unlocked unprecedented possibilities for our customers. By seamlessly combining large language models with expansive foundation data, these transformative technologies enable customers to generate rich, contextual content, automate complex workflows, and unlock new business opportunities. However, the success of Generative AI hinges on the curation and integration of high-quality data – a challenge sometimes faced by SMBs face due to limited resources and technical expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the specific data and AI needs of the SMB customer segment. Through extensive research, customer engagement, and hands-on experience, you will uncover critical insights that will shape new guidance, solutions, and engagement models to better serve these customers and empower them to harness the full potential of Generative AI.
Key job responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research to deeply understand the unique data and AI challenges, needs, and pain points of the SMB customer segment, with a particular focus on how they can leverage Generative AI to drive business transformation
• Develop comprehensive guidance and strategies to help SMB customers navigate the complexities of foundation data curation and integration, enabling them to unlock the full potential of Generative AI
• Leverage your expertise to develop new guidance, solutions, and engagement models that address the specific requirements of the SMB segment, capitalizing on the latest Generative AI advancements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SMB-focused sales teams, product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders, to bring your insights to life and drive meaningful customer outcomes
• Advocate for the SMB segment's needs within the organization and champion the development of tailored offerings and programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, sharing your knowledge and insights with the broader AWS community, including leading executive-level briefings on data and AI topics
• Continuously monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify emerging needs and opportunities, and proactively develop strategies to address them
