Exciting opportunity alert!!TPI is looking for a drivenPrint Account Coordinatorto work on-site in Pennsauken, NJ.
Position Summary:The Account Coordinator is responsible for coordinating small to medium-scale printing projects and providing administrative support to the account management team. Ensure client satisfaction of quality product completed on time and within budget.
Essential Functions
+ Communicate with casino marketing teams to gather project details and approvals as primary point of contact on small-scale projects.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (prepress, data, VDP and production) to ensure specifications & timelines are met.
+ Track project timelines and update status reports daily.
+ Generate and manage monthly and ad hoc job tickets for all clients within the assigned portfolio.
+ Address minor project issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
+ Ensure quality standards are met for each stage of production.
+ Learn and apply TPI-specific software and tools proficiently.
Requirements
+ Familiarity with printing processes (digital and offset), materials (e.g., paper types, coatings), and basic production workflows of at least 1 year.
+ Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Adaptable and resourceful when faced with new challenges.
+ Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) along with Outlook and Teams.
+ Ability to multi-task.
Preferred Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of casino marketing concepts, such as promotions, loyalty programs, and event campaigns.
+ Awareness of direct mail marketing, including personalization and postal requirements, is helpful but not required.
Physical Demands:Must be able to sit for extended periods. Some standing and walking are required. Continuous vision required for detailed work. Frequent hand/wrist/finger movement for data entry.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but the schedule varies and requires flexibility to work as needed in the evenings and weekends. Typically, 40-50 hours per week.
Salary Range:$55,000 - $75,000
Travel:No travel is required. Voluntary travel opportunities for off-site assignment of up to 5%.
