Responsibilities:\n\nSort all mail (separate the mail that will go out to other locations) \nEnsure mail\/packages are addressed to the correct location \nReceive FedEx, UPS packages and log in all tracking numbers \nManage all deliveries of mail, letters, packages and interoffice for each facility \nManage\/maintain postage machine \nServe customers at all levels\nManage daily, weekly and Monthly reporting\nOperate and maintain high volume copier and finishing equipment. \nPerform copying\/printing\/fishing of digital print and work, binding, and lamination. \nActs as Key Operator, identifying equipment problems, performing minor repairs to copier equipment or arranging for repair service; operates high volume xerographic equipment as needed. \nTrack copier usage and manages materials in an efficient manner. \nOther duties assigned by the manager\n\n

Qualifications:\n\n3 years of print and mailroom \nA High School Diploma or equivalent job experience. \nAbility to use email and the internet, and to learn how to use an on-line work order system.\nReady to work at scheduled time.\nProven team player: ability to work with a team and achieve daily and monthly goals.\nSelf starter: able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.\nCourteous and communicative: able to interact with, assist and exceed the expectations of members with daily and special requests.\nDetail oriented: pays attention to details regarding processes and extra attention to special requests.\nA Doer: Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills.\nA desire to learn, grow, and seek new challenges.\nAbility to work with a large, diverse group of employees and suppliers.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule that may change based on the needs of the business.\n\n
