Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Review the document files and perform a quality check before releasing projects to productionManage workflow steps and effectively communicate problems or errors with the appropriate staffConfirm that printing and distribution instructions are followed, and request clarifications as neededPerform quality checks of completed projects and prepare shipments to clients and staffOperate all in-house copying and binding equipment as necessary to meet client deadlinesReproduce clean, error-free copy products, allowing ample time for finishing steps and final quality check before release of product

The qualifications.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredAt least 2 years of office or customer service experienceProfessional demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeProven administrative, organizational, and time management skillsPrevious experience with copier and binding equipment preferred

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
