\n Are you detail-oriented and passionate about working with cutting-edge printing technology? We're looking for a dedicated Print Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chesapeake, VA! What You'll Do:

\n\n Operate Advanced Printers: Take charge of our Xerox fleet, including 288 Nuveras, 157 Nuveras, Versant Color 180, and a Color C60. Manage multiple printers to produce bills, COBRA notices, letters, and statements.\n Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with machine insert operators, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client SLAs and maintain seamless workflow.\n Maintain Quality Standards: Perform preventive maintenance and regular quality checks to keep our equipment running smoothly. Quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring top-notch output.\n Manage Supplies & Repairs: Monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies, and place service calls as needed to keep operations running efficiently.\n Document & Communicate: Accurately document all issues and effectively communicate with team leads and managers to ensure continuous improvement.\n\n

What We're Looking For:

\n\n Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision, ensuring all materials meet our high standards.\n Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily operations.\n Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.\n Technical Savvy: Comfortable operating and maintaining advanced printing technology.\n Education: GED or High School diploma required.\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16/hr.
