The Print Operator ensures the timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials; advises, coordinates and prioritizes production of work orders, reviews copyright materials and maintains accurate and complete records; determines equipment repair schedule; maintains supply inventory and resolves staff and customer service issues for the Copy Center.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nTrouble shoot equipment issues, and request\/monitor service repairs\nPerform Digital Printing, Finishing, and Perform Quality Controls.\nManage the inventory and replenishment of supplies.\nUse of equipment must be consistent with company approved Code of Business Conduct\ncompliance with corporate, safety, security and regulatory policies.\nMaintains work areas in a clean, safe and organized state including all work rooms\nMust have good working knowledge of multi-function printer devices\nMust have good working knowledge of computer basics\nEnsure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Manager without delay\nProvide problem resolution ensuring the highest levels of customer care.\nCollect data for reports\nEnsures equipment is in good working order, equipment maintenance\nKeeps manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems\nMay be required to work overtime periodically\nAble to set priorities\nMust be flexible to adapt to changes\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 2 years Mail\/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\n
