Requirements:
Must be able to operate all machinery in departmentShould be able to diagnose all malfunctions.Repair and/or adjust machinery unless special tools or skills are neededPerform all set ups on machines in a timely mannerMust have a fundemental understanding of mechanical and electronic machineryExpected to inspect product for quality and to make necessary judgements on qualityWill be expected to identify faulty parts, obtain spare parts, and prvide inforamtion on ordering new partsAssist on training new employees and up-grading existing onesMaintain a safe and clean work environmentBe diversified and willing to assist in a variety of areasPerform additional duties as assigned by department manager QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations and without posing a threat to the health and safety of fellow employees
