Print Production Associate-Legal
CTG is seeking to fill a Print Production Associate-Legal opening for our client in Huntsville, AL. Location: Huntsville, AL Duration: Ongoing contract Duties: Perform basic copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions. Perform basic device cleaning and replace operator-accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications. Proactively manage consumables and supplies using the Days Of Supply calculator. Maintain on-site operator replaceable parts inventory. Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes. Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis. Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service. Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) processes. Perform data entry for activity and asset tracking. Provide ongoing end-user training on equipment. Serve as the point of contact for equipment removal and delivery. Contact service providers (company and 3rd party) as required. Utilize web-based applications as required. Drive (if required for duties). Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment. Perform printer mapping to PCs as required. Escalate printer network issues to the appropriate resource. Perform Advanced Customer Training (ACT) or DocuCare maintenance and diagnosis functions. Manage and maintain on-site parts inventory using PM4. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to per Statement of Work (SOW). Manage physical device control and configuration (IP address, scanning templates, user access levels, scan to file/email, etc.). Monitor and apply current patches. Manage non-company devices as required. Perform remote device monitoring and troubleshooting (Device Management). Identify and promote Office Solutions. Skills: Ability to demonstrate network connectivity knowledge (device management, print queue, print driver management). Ability to utilize competitive product and network management tools as required. Demonstrate ability to download and install files (fonts, drivers, etc.) from internet sites; open, complete, and save/print internet forms. Demonstrate ability to perform mail merges. Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of MS Word or equivalent: Insert images, create/manage tables and columns, edit headers/footers, create forms, and manage multiple sections. Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or equivalent: Navigate multiple worksheets, create charts/graphs, use basic math functions, and create basic formulas. Demonstrate working knowledge of MS PowerPoint or equivalent: Open and create basic presentations, print using different options. Demonstrate working knowledge of account-relevant applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, file conversion, or graphic arts applications). Basic knowledge of network (e.g., how to add or delete a network printer). Recognize PC to printer connectivity. Basic knowledge of Digital Front Ends (DFE). Functional knowledge of MAC when required by client. Experience: Knowledge of the legal process. 1-2 years of relevant experience resolving customer and equipment printing issues. Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
