**Job Title:** Print Production Level 1 **Location:** Glenview, IL **Job Type:** Hourly Consultant **Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm **Pay:** $18.84/hr **Essential Functions:** + Possess skills and competencies to deliver basic contracted customer requirements (document assembly and finishing). + Perform routine tasks such as assembling and finishing documents. + Lift up to 50 pounds and handle related equipment. + Serve as the point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs. + Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating machines, hole punchers). + Operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, fax). + Apply asset tags to office equipment and update databases. + Track and coordinate the movement, addition, or change of office equipment assets at customer accounts. + Clean and maintain office equipment as needed. + Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes; log for billing purposes. + Log incoming packages and accountable mail. + Process basic forms and update information using a PC. + Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products. + Collect and submit meter reads for equipment. + Maintain appropriate supply inventory and distribute supplies as needed. + Problem-solve basic production, delivery, and output issues. + Perform basic quality inspections before, during, and after production runs. + Sort and scan hardcopy materials or other media for use in printed documents or digital formats. + Respond to print/copy equipment issues by contacting service personnel through designated applications. + Operate low to mid-speed printers and copiers. + Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs. + Track and store customer jobs for future reuse, including file backup. + Perform file/document conversion using standard software. + Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes. + Assist with mail delivery and courier duties as needed. **Skills:** + Basic computer skills with functional knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse). + Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for maintaining reports. + Ability to navigate the internet and use email, save and open documents, and perform data entry. + Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages). + Business maturity and professionalism in a customer service environment. + Capable of following instructions and handling repetitive tasks efficiently. + Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. **Experience:** + Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment. + Post-high school technology training or experience is preferred. **Education:** + Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
