Adecco is recruiting for a **Print Production Operator** to work with a client in **Auburn, NY** . This position is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity, paying **$17-18/hour** depending on experience. **Job Summary:** Are you an experienced professional with a passion for precision and creativity in print production? We’re seeking a versatile **Print Production Specialist** to join our client’s dynamic team. This role combines digital printing, offset press operation, and bindery responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Offset Press Operation** + Assist in operating a 28”x40” Komori Lithrone 540 offset press as part of a two-person team. + Load paper into the press feeder and assist with tasks like hanging plates, washing blankets, and cleaning ink fountains. + Conduct regular maintenance and problem-solving to ensure optimal press performance. **Digital Printing Operations** + Operate and calibrate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality materials, including marketing collateral and promotional items. + Monitor print jobs to ensure consistency and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. + Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with the team to meet production goals. **Bindery Operations** + Operate various bindery equipment to cut, fold, package, and ship finished products according to specifications. + Maintain equipment and perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure efficient operations. + Coordinate with the team to prioritize and complete jobs within deadlines while meeting quality standards. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED equivalent (vocational/technical degree preferred). + 1-2+ years of experience in digital printing, press operation, or bindery work. + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. + Good mathematical skills and the ability to apply written instructions for machine setup and maintenance. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
