OVERVIEW Operate various digital print finishing equipment to produce quality products. Maintain equipment to ensure optimum performance and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Setup equipment per production requirements and report setup time 2. Maintain order status in MIS/ERP software 3. Operate equipment to produce finished product in alignment to production order while ensuring on-equipment and run time targets are met and documented 4. Perform ongoing quality inspections for adherence to product specifications before, during and after production runs 5. Perform operator-level maintenance on equipment as necessary to align to standard procedures and manufacturers specifications 6. Accurately complete all equipment logs 7. Cross train on all finishing departmental equipment 8. Ensure clean and hazard-free work center and comply with all applicable regulatory (OSHA and Department of Labor) requirements as well as Sheetz policies/procedures. 9. Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the supply chain. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • High School Diploma/GED preferred • Technical / Trade training / Sheetz training preferred Experience • Previous experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment preferred • Previous digital print production experience preferred Licenses/Certifications • None required Tools & Equipment • Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, box cutter, wrench, level, etc.) • Pneumatic tools (compressor, stapler, etc.) • Motorized Equipment (fork lift, etc.) • Printing/Packaging Equipment
