Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced specialty print service owner to lead and deliver on various printing initiatives within the manufacturing, labs and logistics space for their client. The candidate will be the point of contact for all specialty print services, including multifunction printers, label printing, and serialization efforts in both the qualified GxP space and non GxP use cases. Specifically, they will be leading a Richo print deployment, working directly with local site leaders on identifying print requirements and deploying that printing solutions. In addition, the candidate will assist with print queues, such as follow you print, Loftware, or other printing applications. Team members will be cross-trained and may help with different capabilities centers as assigned by program coordinators. Skills and Requirements - Ability to come on-site to Raritan, NJ 3 days a week - Project Management Skills - Analysis, brainstorming, decision-making, forecasting, problem solving, demand capacity planning, escalation/impediment call out and documentation ( Oversee and execute project deliverables) - Experience with printing deployments for large organizations  Richo and Xerox environments  Zebra printers  Specialty printer needs within the manufacturing, labs and or logistics space  Think of anything in that area that could require some sort of label or printing  Printing from SAP, labeling a shipping box, serialization for pill bottles, etc. - Scrum and Agile experience  Jira experience required and must be very knowledge of all issue types and Jira workflows  Knowledge of JQL language a plus - Knowledge of ANY printing applications:  Loftware  P360  PAGO  Thunderbird  LPS (Xerox)  World Wide Labeling  BarTender Software  Follow you print  General infrastructure knowledge to deliver a tech project  Not responsible to perform this work, but plan/manage it Think of IP addresses being configured on a printer, implementing firewall rules, engaging application team to add printer to a print queue, etc. Knowledge of JQL language a plus - Experience with Richo Printers BIG Plus  Service now experience preferred  Confluence experience preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
