Description:
You will be an Printed Circuit Board Database Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), responsible for managing and maintaining the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. EDM is our internal database tool for circuit card designs using Siemens Xpedition tools. It is an infrastructure that connects to our other engineering tools. Our team is looking for a talented and experienced electrical engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Printed Circuit Board Database Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining the EDM system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting schematics and analysis
• Monitoring system performance and collaborating with IT teams to optimize data management processes
• Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Validating engineering component symbols, footprints, and connections.
• Providing technical guidance to the various engineers regarding IDX, and design models for electrical and mechanical parts.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
++ Experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA.)
++ Ideally experience with Mentor Graphics / Siemens EDA electronics design tools including Designer/Layout/EDM
++ Ideally familiarity with Windchill or other similar PLM toolset.
• Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Minimum circuit card design experience is 3 years
Desired Skills:
• Experience in circuit card designs
• Experience in printed circuit card designs - layout
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Structural, Thermal, Packaging, and other engineers.
• Scripting or programming experience
• Experience with MyAccess Database
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
