Overview
Join the Impact Service Team and be put on a path to become a technical expert in digital office equipment/copiers through our hands-on on-the-job training. Opportunity to grow and advance through on-going education and certifications, while working under the guidance of an experienced colleague.
Impact Networking specializes in the service and support of Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP digital printing solutions. We focus exclusively on Digital Equipment and Solutions that position Impact Networking a step ahead of our competitors. Impact Field Service Technicians strive to provide the highest level of customer service while ensuring productive and reliable equipment performance.
Apprentices will work full-time Monday thru Friday 8 AM – 5 PM and will be provided a wide range of training certifications including online and instructor led classes. You will get hand-on experience with equipment setup, implementation, and service call process.

ResponsibilitiesWork alongside experienced Field Service professionals and get hands-on experience for your future success Complete various trainings as it pertains to our preferred vendors (Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh & HP) Become proficient with networking and remote diagnostic toolsTraining to provide onsite customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customers’ facilities
