Position

We are looking for Printer Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.) Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction Developing options to solve unusual problems Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

Product Lines Pacific Office Automation supports: Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, Oce, Lexmark, HP. (Certification and/or hands-on experience with one or more of these product lines is required.) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong customer service skills. Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors and employees within the company required. Exceptional mechanical aptitude & demonstrated skills required; and proven troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment. Effective organizational skills with the ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities. Demonstrates initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions. Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member. Strong Computer literacy - Fiery / controller experience is a plus. A self-starter with the ability to work extra hours as necessary and during peak periods. Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
