The following skills are required for the position: + Strong mechanical aptitude + Ability to learn procedures and practice problem solving technique + Ability to work overtime as needed The following skills are preferred: + Prior experience with high speed web-handling equipment + Flexographic printing experience **Qualifications** **Requirements:** **•** Mechanical aptitude •Demonstrated problem-solving skills •Effective communication skills, both written and verbal •Ability to move rolls of paper produced from printer numerous times per day.
