How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Position: Priority Seller
Location: Ventura County
Target Base Salary Range: $57,000 - $68,000

Priority Seller provides “bench strength” while gaining valued branch and product knowledge. In addition, the Priority Seller is in a "succession" type of role leading to possibly becoming a branch or account manager. Provides day to day sales help for branch operations and profitability. Focus would be on small account sales & margin growth, All Churn opportunities and create loyalty in our small account segment.Support branch inside sales estimated 25% of time pending Area’s discretion while calling on Priority related accounts with an estimated 75% of timePriority Seller will act as a floater between all branches within each area’s respective districtNoted accounts will not be related to any Y partnerships Priority customers to call on will represent the respective districts top 200 margin dollar customers (# tbd per area)Assigned customers will require a mix of phone calls and in-person visitsCollaborates with outside sales to ensure order accuracy and properly scheduled customer deliveries.________________________Are you a MATCH?

High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree preferredOne to three years of experience in an industrial retail, inside sales, customer service and/or inventory control related position.Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applicationsMust be customer service oriented and able to interact in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of status of position.Accepts cultural diversity and establishes effective working relationships.Ability to clearly communicate by via phone, email or in person with customers, sales staff, Branch Manager and all the other branch personnel.
