Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Privacy Impact Assessment Analyst to join their team. As a Privacy Impact Assessment Analyst, you will be part of the compliance department supporting privacy risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Privacy Impact Assessment Analyst
**Location:** Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC
**What's the Job?**
+ Complete Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) as needed and within the service level agreement timeframe.
+ Perform CTR-54921, Enterprise Change Risk Privacy Impact Assessment to ensure compliance with federal and state privacy regulations.
+ Identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with data handling and processing.
+ Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with privacy governance and standards.
+ Document findings and provide recommendations for improving privacy controls and compliance measures.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 7 years of experience working in data privacy at a financial institution, fintech, or insurance company.
+ Specific skill set in privacy risk and compliance program and control design.
+ Experience completing privacy impact assessments.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt, IAPP CIPP (or CIPM) certification, or similar foundations of privacy training is a plus.
+ Experience leading projects from end to end is beneficial.
