Privacy Issue Management Delivery Associate

**Summary:**
This role is tasked with driving the day-to-day response and treatment to the various privacy-related Issues that are received from our teams. This role is very client-facing as the resource will be tasked with finding Issue Owners, working with that owner (and other related resources) to define what a solution looks like, and then working with that Issue Owner to drive remediation. This function and its team is incredibly impactful and is directly responsible for driving down the risk exposure of Meta as a whole.
**Required Skills:**
Privacy Issue Management Delivery Associate Responsibilities:
1. Drive the day-to-day execution of the Issue Management pre-triage, triage, and remediation processes
2. Manage dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
3. Effectively communicate and interface with internal stakeholders, as well as colleagues and business partners.
4. Track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.
5. Support the development of the various weekly and monthly program reporting.
6. Support the Issue Management tech lead and Safeguard Owner as IMM-related tooling is planned for and brought online.
7. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure user privacy is not compromised.
8. Supporting the expansion of Issue Management into the coverage of control-related issues.
9. Support ongoing planning as Issue Management continues to bring on support for additional regulatory obligations.
10. Support the data gathering needed to support the Centralized GRC initiative, which is focused on establishing a central governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform across all of Meta.

11. 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, audit, business operations, regulatory operations, or other operational discipline
12. 2+ years of experience working in a regulatory domain like privacy, integrity, security OR in a role associated with data protection, regulatory response, operational risk management, compliance, audit and implementation of control frameworks, privacy by design, information security, or other highly regulated environment

13. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
14. Demonstrated knowledge of a domain’s requirements (e.g. Privacy - Governance, Risk & Compliance concepts), preferable those applicable to a global tech company, and experience evaluating products or processes to ensure compliance with applicable requirements

$97,000/year to $139,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
