Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Privacy Manager** to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD area. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Analyzes legal and policy documents to extract key information from the documents in accordance with established guides and procedures + Identifies compliance obligations in legal and policy documents in accordance with established procedures + Leads efforts in the establishment and maintenance of effective controls for protecting privacy rights during Cryptologic Operations and integrate laws and policies into modernized processes and procedures to achieve mission objectives + Provides direction and supervision to junior team members. Work with and collaborate with other Privacy Analyst IVs **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline; PhD adds four years of experience; + MS adds two years of experience; AS requires two more years of experience; High school requires four more years of experience + Twelve or more (12+) years of position-specific relevant experience + Experience with evaluating and implementing policies regarding individual's privacy rights **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree in an IT-related discipline + Relevant industry standard certifications CSSP(IR), CEH, CySA+, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security **Clearance Requirements:** + This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
