Description Citizens Private Bank services a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, private equity, venture firms, their managing partners and employees, professional service firm employees, non-profits and other affluent-oriented clients. Our Private Bankers pride themselves on doing right by the client and thinking two steps ahead for their needs. While your business will be entirely self-sourced, you’ll leverage the strength of the Citizens enterprise to collaborate with partners across Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Mortgage and more, depending on individual client needs. Primary responsibilities include: + Provide ongoing exceptional client service on the phone and occasionally in person. + Assist with obtaining and organizing all required documentation and filing. + Maintain client relationships and open new accounts. + Acquire knowledge of existing Bank products, specifically on the deposit side, but with a focus on Wealth Management and Loan products. + Keep up-to-date with new Bank product offerings and services. + Adhere to and comply with the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) as well as Bank policies and procedures. + Identify and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer. + Verify the identity of clients that enter into a relationship with the Bank. Required Qualifications: + A Bachelor’s degree + One to two years of experience in a professional financial services role Preferred Skills/Experience: + A commitment to be a collaborative team player + Knowledge of banking operations + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
