Private Banking Manager Senior

Location:  On site at location listed in job posting. 

Summary

Responsible for leading the Private Client team for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Work directly with the team to provide coaching and guidance to drive new client acquisition and relationship expansion while managing the sales results and revenue production.Key Responsibilities Include 

Leads business development activities for private client business line, by managing a team in identifying and calling on client prospects.   Ensure that the policies and procedures of the private banking area are implemented by private banking officers. Ensures the team is working closely with partners to understand clients needs and priorities. Works closely with all lines of business to support the strategic growth of the Bank in the Mid-Atlantic region. Review the loans of private banking officers: ensure they follow established lending procedures and perform adequate credit analysis; approve loans that exceed the credit authority of officers; provide advice and guidance to officers on complex credit decisions. Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

Bachelor (4-year college) degree 7+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
