Under the guidance of the Private Banking Group Manager or Community Markets Bank President, the Private Banking Team Leader leads a team of Private Banking professionals to provide financial expertise to high-net-worth clients. This role involves developing new relationships, delivering comprehensive financial solutions, and ensuring client retention and growth. The Team Leader builds deposits and assets by coordinating resources across the bank to meet client needs and facilitate transfers to appropriate services.

Key responsibilities include:

Initiating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Leading and coaching Private Banking colleagues, ensuring quality work and training consistency.

Inspiring the team to achieve results while ensuring proper assignment of loan and deposit portfolios.

Directing business development activities aligned with company goals and collaborating with other leaders to engage high-net-worth customers.

Cross-selling Associated products and services and providing financial advice based on market trends.

Complying with internal policies, regulations, and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

Participating in community functions to enhance the bank's image and establish referral contacts.

Licenses and Certifications
Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable by start date Required
