Private Client Director
You’ll manage end-to-end customer experiences, develop global strategic partnerships, and create exceptional spirits experiences that drive brand equity and business value. This leadership role oversees day-to-day operations and provide input on both local and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Briefing: Deliver clear and aligned briefs to internal and external partners. Create engaging programs that enhance brand equity and connect with consumers.Customer Experience Leadership: Lead VIP consumer interactions, ensuring top-tier engagement through personalized experiences.Barrel Experience Management: Oversee barrel selection experiences at global distilleries, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with the team on annual allocations.Financial Management: Manage P&L to drive revenue growth, monitor retention, and manage budgets, capital projects, and cost efficiencies.Vision & Strategy: Spearhead long-term investment roadmaps to elevate both local and global facilities and experiences. Define investments that expand service offerings and create memorable events.Global Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships across industries, with luxury, reputable brands to enhance Sazerac's offerings and reach.Event Management: Plan and manage a calendar of events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated and seamless customer experience.Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer activities meet high standards of service. Regularly audit team performance to maintain compliance and deliver timely updates.Customer Service Excellence: Maintain genuine relationships with VIP consumers through regular engagement. Provide the tools and resources needed for your team to succeed in delivering exceptional service to consumers.Continuous Improvement: Utilize the Professional Development System (PDS) to foster self-growth. Regularly dedicate time to enhance the skills outlined in your development plan and support team improvements. Qualifications/RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you’ll need the following requirements:
5+ years of experience in the hospitality industryAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketingMinimum 21 years of ageProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management abilitiesEffective communication skills across all organizational levelsAdaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong self-management skills and ability to manage schedules effectively to achieve resultsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams (Field HR, Labor, Finance, vendor relationships)Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s DegreePrevious experience in the Spirits, Beverage, or FMCG industries5+ years of experience working with consumersAt least 5 years of experience in Marketing, New Product Development, or Project ManagementPhysical Requirements:
Valid driver's licenseAbility to travel up to 25%Valid passportAbility to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistanceAbility to work remotelyStrong attention to detail and communication skillsPlacement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position.The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement Min USD $100,419.00/Yr.
