The Private Client Group, Account Executive works closely with other members of the team to deliver an outstanding customer service experience to our high-net-worth ("HNW") customer base.  In addition to working with our clients, and their advisors, on day-to-day service needs, the Private Client Group, Account Executive is responsible for coordinating the renewal process, organizing client review meetings and negotiating renewals with our carrier partners.  This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within an established (and growing!) practice group. 

This role is based in New Haven, CT in a new office space with beautiful views, modern furnishings, covered parking, a lobby café, food trucks and easy access to highways and public transportation.  Fred C. Church offers its employees a three-two hybrid office-home schedule.

What You'll Do Perform customer service tasks: process policy changes, answer billing and general insurance coverage inquiresCoordinate the renewal process with other team members including submission compilation, delivering schedules of insurance, scheduling renewal meetings and marketing negotiation with carriers.Work with management to continually improve our customer service offering through unique value added servicesProvide proactive risk management advice to current clientsIdentify and close potential cross-sell opportunitiesAnalyze exposures, obtain underwriting information and provide appropriate insurance coverages for new and renewal clientsRespond in a timely manner to client, underwriter and internal department requestsPrepare comprehensive submissions for marketingKnow when to escalate issues and ask for assistanceCoordinate customer service with the Client Executive (producer)Prepare accurate policy summaries and claim reports as neededWork to achieve best outcomes for both the client and agencyDocument all activity carefullyUnderstand the potential for errors or omissions and seeks guidance when necessaryContinue professional development What's in it For You?
