Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate, professional, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in the White Lake area.

About the Role:

We have an urgent need for five (5) Home Health Aides to provide care for a lovely, mature woman who was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. She is currently wearing a cervical collar and has lifting restrictions as she recovers.

Responsibilities: Assist with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide mobility support while ensuring safety Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support Follow the care plan and adhere to all medical guidelines Requirements: HHA or CNA certification (preferred but not required) Prior experience in home health or caregiving (preferred) Ability to perform non-lifting support tasks Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor Must be able to pass a background check Benefits: Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real impact on someone's recovery
