Adoration Health Private Duty - Now Hiring Passionate LPNs!
Location: Dyersburg, TN 38024
Additional Locations: Jackson and Hornbeak, TN
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours/week - 4x10-hour shifts.
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7:30a-5:30p).Week Two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:30a-5:30p).Alternating between Jackson and Hornbeak every two weeks.
Role Details:
Become a Private Duty LPN with Adoration Health and deliver one-on-one, in-home care to patients who require specialized support. You'll be providing impactful care to patients, including those with G-tube needs, allowing them to maintain a high quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output. Report significant changes immediatelyObserve, assess and record patient's physical and mental condition and reports any changesAdminister medications as instructed and as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN and document the patient's file accordinglyAttend and participate in multi-disciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings and in-service education programs as assigned Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standingPrevious private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing experience preferredActive CPR certificationFamiliarity with electronic health recordsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsReliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance About our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
