Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated part-time LPN for night shifts in East Ridge, TN. This role involves providing specialized care for a high-acuity, vent/trach-dependent patient. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with vent/trach and G-tube care, delivering focused one-on-one care that makes a significant impact.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Part-Time, 24 hours per week)Responsibilities:
Provide expert care for a high-acuity patient, focusing on vent/trach and G-tube management.Monitor the patient’s condition, ensuring timely interventions and effective care.Administer medications and perform routine health assessments.Maintain detailed documentation of care and communicate updates to the healthcare team.Benefits:

Current LPN license in Tennessee.Minimum one year of experience with vent/trach and G-tube care required.Join Us!

• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice
• Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and make specific measurements and observations
• Monitor and record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately
• Observe, assess and record patient’s physical and mental condition and report any changes
• Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, as assigned
• Active LPN license in good standing
• Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients and family members
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
