Adoration Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Brighton, TN. This role offers a structured schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a home care setting while maintaining a consistent work-life balance.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWednesday and Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring, in a one-on-one home care environment.Accurately document patient conditions and care provided.Collaborate with the healthcare team and patient’s family to ensure comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
