Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing

Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Rutherford County

 

Overview:
Are you an LPN looking for a flexible part-time role where you can make a real impact in a one-on-one patient care setting? Join our team to provide specialized care and support to our patients in their homes. This position is ideal for nurses who want to balance their careers and personal life while working just 16-19 hours a week, covering 2 nights/week with varying nights (we'll work with your schedule!).

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care for patients with trach and vent needs.Implement and document individualized care plans.Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

Current and active LPN license in TN.Experience with trach and vent care required.Strong communication and patient care skills.Compassion and dedication to providing quality in-home care.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
