Private Duty LPN - Full-Time Days

 

Location: Dyersburg, TN

 

Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one patient care in the home. This position offers a unique ¾ split shift schedule, providing flexibility while making a real impact in a patient's life.

 

Work Schedule:

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM¾ Split: Full-time schedule with every other weekend includedGTube Care: Training available; prior experience not required.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in TennesseeCPR certificationAbility to work independently and provide personalized care Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
