Overview Job Posting: Private Duty LPN – Hornbeak, TN (Full-Time Nights) 

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Private Duty team in Hornbeak, TN. This full-time night shift role involves providing dedicated, one-on-one care to patients in a home setting, with a particular focus on trach and G-tube care. This position is ideal for an LPN who values flexibility and is committed to delivering high-quality care.

 

Schedule:

Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AMDays: 50 hours per week; schedule varies based on family needs, with shifts typically spanning Sunday through Friday or Monday through Friday

Skills & Requirements:

Current LPN license in TennesseeExperience with trach and G-tube careValid driver’s license

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
