Private Duty LPN – Part-Time Weekend Shifts


Location: Union City, TN

Schedule: Every Saturday & Every Other Sunday, 7 AM - 6 PM

Patient Acuity: PEG Tube, Trach, Colostomy Care

 

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Private Duty LPN for a part-time role providing high-quality, personalized care in Union City. This weekend position offers a balanced schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on your patient’s health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Perform PEG tube feedings and medication administration.Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and monitoring.Provide colostomy care and ensure the patient’s comfort.Assess and document changes in the patient’s condition.Communicate effectively with family members and the care team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Tennessee.Experience with PEG tube, trach, and colostomy care preferred.Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and maintain a compassionate, patient-first approach.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
