Private Duty LPN – Newbern

 

Location: Newbern, TN

Schedule: 33/43 Split Schedule
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overview:
Adoration Home Health is hiring a dedicated LPN for private duty home care in Newbern, TN. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care, focusing on tracheostomy and G-tube management, in a supportive home environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care, including tracheostomy and G-tube management.Monitor and document patient vital signs, intake, and output.Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients and families on care plans.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Tennessee.Experience with tracheostomy and G-tube care required.Minimum of one year of nursing experience.CPR certification required.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
