Schedule:20 Hours WeeklyMonday and Tuesday nights, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AMResponsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care for a patient in their home setting.Administer G-Tube feedings and monitor for any complications.Ensure safety and comfort during overnight care.Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.Qualifications:LPN License in the state of Tennessee.Prior G-Tube experience preferred, but training is available for dedicated candidates.Benefits:Competitive weekly pay.Flexible scheduling.Supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
