Private Duty LPN - Part-Time, Night Shift

 

Location: Rutherford, TN

 

Schedule: 16-19 Hours/Week | 2 Nights Per Week, Varying Nights (Flexible)

We’re looking for a dedicated LPN to join our Private Duty team in Rutherford, TN, providing high-quality care in a home environment. This role focuses on supporting a patient with trach and vent needs, allowing you to make a meaningful impact through individualized care.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
