Private Duty LPN – Part-Time Day Shifts

Location: Dyer, TN (Gibson County)

 

Overview:
Adoration Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a patient with G-Tube needs. This part-time role offers a consistent weekend day shift schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact.

 

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMTotal: 20 hours per week

Certifications Required:

Active LPN license in TennesseeCurrent CPR certification Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
