Private Duty LPN – Part-Time Night Shifts

Location: Dyer, TN (Gibson County)

 

Overview:
Adoration Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a patient requiring G-Tube support. This part-time role offers consistent night shifts, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

 

Schedule:

Tuesday and Wednesday nights: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AMTotal: 20 hours per week

Certifications Required:

Active LPN license in Tennessee.Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
