Private Duty LPN – Part-Time, Flexible Nights

Location: Rutherford, TN

 

Overview:
Adoration Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care. This part-time position is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

 

Schedule:

Part-time: 16–19 hours per week2 nights per week with varying nights (flexible schedule)

Qualifications:

Must hold an active LPN license in TennesseeCurrent CPR certificationTrach/vent certification requiredMinimum of one year of nursing experience

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
