Private Duty LPN – Full-Time Night Shifts

Location: Newbern, TN

 

Overview:
Adoration Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for a patient requiring trach, vent, and G-Tube support. This full-time position offers a consistent night shift schedule, allowing you to make a meaningful impact.

 

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AMWednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide trach, vent, and G-Tube care.Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of the patient.Perform regular assessments and interventions as needed.

Certifications Required:

Active LPN license in TennesseeCurrent CPR certificationMinimum of one year of nursing experience required due to ventilator certification training Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
