Join our compassionate team as a Private Duty LPN providing one-on-one, in-home care in Obion, TN. This part-time night shift position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for a patient with trach care needs and a seizure disorder.

Schedule

Thursday night: 8 PM - 6 AMFriday: 8 PM - 8 AMTotal Hours: 22 hours per week

Requirements

Must hold a current LPN license.CPR certification required.Must be trach-certified (training available).

  Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
